First, we schedule a short call to learn about your exact hiring needs. We follow-up by sending a written proposal, summarizing our commitments to you and the cost. If agreeable to you, we put the paperwork in place to begin work.
We recommend starting the process 6 to 12 months in advance.
If this is your first time hiring a foreign national, the LMIA application process should take approximately 4 months. Once approved, the worker will file a work permit from their country of residence. Immigration processing times vary broadly across the world. While we cannot guarantee processing timelines, 8 months is a fair estimate.
Our placements are on a flat-fee basis and we offer a discount for group hires (5 or more workers). We also offer a money-back-guarantee on each worker. Contact us for a free estimate.
We’re not happy unless it’s a fit. We offer a 100% guarantee on each worker for a 90 day period.
Immigration Canada will issue a work permit for either 24 months or 36 months. These contracts can be renewed once the worker is in Canada, subject to a new LMIA.
Service Canada requires that you ensure that suitable and affordable housing is available for the TFW you’ll employ. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with you to make this happen. It’s included in our fees.
