Marla Brock
Marla is the Co-Founder and CEO of Teamcoover and has broad experience in international staffing across many economic sectors. A seasoned attorney (US) and licensed Canadian immigration consultant, she advises clients on the complexities of overseas hiring and compliance issues. Marla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and German from Wake Forest University, a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Certificate in Immigration Laws & Policies from the University of British Columbia.
Emmie Santos
Emmie Santos is Co-Founder and COO of Teamcoover. She has a depth of staffing experience in construction, hospitality and caregiving industries. A licensed BC care aide and former caregiver, Emmie advises private clients and healthcare facilities on hiring experienced home support and healthcare workers. Emmie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, a Caregiver Certificate and a Healthcare Assistant Diploma.
Greg Zembik
Greg Zembik is Chief Business Officer at Teamcoover and manages the company’s commercial partnerships across Canada. With a proven background in international project management across multiple business sectors, Greg works directly with employers to plan for labour-based growth. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Montana Tech of the University of Montana and a Diploma of Technology, Mining and Mineral Exploration Technology from BCIT.
