Recruiting & Staffing Across Industries
We know that a hands-on approach is behind our success in matching great employers with great people. That means taking the time to understand the needs of every company and family that we support. We are equally diligent with the workers that we place or staff, on a temporary or permanent basis. That’s why we fly across the world to meet with our candidates. We have over 800 experienced workers worldwide. Every single person has been personally screened by us. We’ve even met many of them in person. We are always excited to use our experience to support our clients and we never let go.
After working shoulder-to-shoulder in the caregiving industry for years, Emmie Santos and Marla Brock knew that the same careful approach they took with families would translate to companies as well. Now, with clients ranging from construction to agriculture to hospitality, they remain on-call to the needs of businesses until they “get it right.” The difference is the human connection and taking the time to really understand the company culture and the industry requirements. From their offices in Vancouver, Emmie and Marla serve companies and clients across Canada – and workers across the world.
